Hello. I am Ricky Depugh. My goal is to become a proffessional wrestler for either TNA or WWE. This is my journey and I will take you through it.

I will have this journey up for 8 years. I will tell you my daily journal and all that. I will be working out and trying to make my body wrestling material.

Today I have started my training. I will be starting to work out all my arm muscels.

100 Push Ups
100 Bicep Workouts
100 Tricep Workouts
100 Crunchs
100 Sit-Ups
